Terms and Conditions

Wind River Sales and Distribution Co., LLC, (WRS&D) Terms and Conditions are not an offer to sell.  WRS&D reserves the right to cancel or modify any order.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

WRS&D is responsible for approving direct purchase status and customer credit terms for direct buying wholesalers who request direct pallet shipments from the factory facility.  WRS&D sales representatives are not authorized to approve direct purchase status, customer terms or pricing.

Payment terms for all products are immediate and effective via the str8HMP website. There will be a $50 charge for any rejected or returned payments from a customer’s banking institution or credit card facility.  A customer’s direct purchase status may be placed on hold until any rejected or returned payments are resolved.

WRS&D reserves the right to choose the carrier for all shipments. WRS&D does not guarantee delivery dates and or times for its shipments.  We will assist in locating your delivery should a delay or interruption occur.

All customers should inspect all deliveries upon arrival.  Claims for incorrect shipments, damaged shipments or shortages must be made within ten (10) days of delivery.

State and local taxes are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. WRS&D customers agree to comply with all laws and regulations regarding the sale and distribution of hemp products.

Products that are prohibited for sale in a state or locality are not offered to customers selling to retailers or adult consumers located in such states or localities.

All product returns must be approved by WRS&D.  No credit will be issued for products returned without authorization from WRS&D.  Please see WRS&D Returned Goods Policy and Procedures for details.

WRS&D does not participate in any reclamation programs.

 
Customers agree to pass on the full value of all WRS&D promotions intended for the adult consumer. WRS&D reserves the right to terminate the direct purchase status of any customer, at any time, with or without cause.

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all hemp products sold or distributed by WRS&D.
