Returned Goods Policy
str8HMP is 100% guaranteed as outlined below:
WRS&D will provide a credit or replacement product for product shipments that are delivered and one of the following: (i) incorrect versus the product ordered, (ii) damaged or in unsaleable condition, or (iii) include a shortage as compared to the invoiced quantity.
Customers who experience any of the above situations with a shipment must contact a WRS&D Customer Service Representative at: (252) 291-0006 or (866) 900-4534. Please provide the reason for the return request, the quantities by item, and a picture of the damaged goods, if needed. Claims for incorrect shipments, damaged goods and / or shortages must be made within ten (10) days of delivery.
For all other product returns, you must obtain written approval from WRS&D in order for a return ticket and a credit to be issued. WRS&D will accept returned goods provided the product has been properly handled and distributed by our direct buying customer, or adult consumer purchaser.
WRS&D Customer Service Representatives will issue a returned goods case number and provide carrier instructions for the return of incorrect shipments or damaged product, if needed.

Customers will be issued a credit equal to the purchase price, inclusive of promotional discounts, if applicable, or may receive replacement product for the damaged products and / or shortages.
